“Fratelli Tutti” is a revolutionary scenic cantata, written by the composer Nicola Milan and freely inspired by the encyclical of the same name by Pope Francis. The show features 15 visions, 15 original songs performed by musicians, solo voices and choirs of high quality. The readings entrusted to the actor Paolo Mutti, introduce the songs and interact with them, ferrying the listener from the bottom of a world without care for others, towards a constant ascent, until reaching the turning point, in the final song “fratelli tutti”. A sequence of emotions, sometimes strong, sometimes delicate, that captures the listener, a hymn to life with its contradictions, all to be sung, with new, captivating music, inspired by Contemporary Christian music, following that line traced by the great gospel tradition.
