La Pioppa is a refurbished building which owes its name to a nearby bicentennial poplar. The structure is now used for farmhouse holidays offering food and accommodation. Very close to Sacile city centre, it is surrounded by a green countryside.
La Pioppa offers five independent rooms fitted with heating, ensuite bathroom, TV and Wi-Fi. Linen and breakfast are included in the room rate. The large, comfortable bedrooms are equipped with wooden furniture and decorated with quality finishes.
The menu includes traditional Friulian dishes and house wines. There are 40 seats and a portico.
Guests can also profit from the pool, designed according to an innovative patented technique: the stone covering its surface absorbs the heat and releases it into the water, warming the water in a natural way. Its moderate depth makes it perfect both for adults and children.
The farmhouse also breeds cattle, horses, pigs and courtyard animals, and grows fruits (apricots, plums, grapes) and vegetables (radicchio, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers).
