Palace Hotel, Rome. The couple De Mitri, played by Antonio Catania and Paola Quattrini, are struggling with a boring and apathetic married life. The wife wants her husband to pay her more attention and to stay with her, but the Honorable Dimitri refuses, saying he is busy at the Interior Ministry. In reality it’s a lie because the politician, in that very hotel, devises a meeting with the charming Susanna Rolandi, FAO secretary.
