Final round of PianoFVG International Piano Competition, an event established over the years as one of the most important musical events at international level to highlight new talents of the keyboard, coming from all over the world, up to the age of 32.
The more than 70 young promises, arriving from 16 countries (Germany, Austria, England, Netherlands, China, Russia, South Korea, France Poland, United States, Croatia, Portugal, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Switzerland and, of course, Italy), were challenged via web with the highest standards of execution and listening: PianoFVG was the first in the world to experience the global network of Competitions. The international jury chaired by the famous pianist Dubravka Tomšič, Dean of Slovenian pianism, has selected on this occasion the 7 most deserving competitors to enter the final stages of the Competition, scheduled in Sacile. To expand the listening and evaluation space by the Jury, each candidate will also be given a performance with orchestra.
The finalists are Matteo Bevilacqua and Nicolas Giacomelli (Italy), Soyeon Chang (South Korea), Yao Jialin and Jingfang Tan (China), Ryutaro Suzuki (Japan), Kostandin Tashko (Albania).
Grand finale in the evening of Saturday, May 7 at the Zancanaro Theatre of Sacile (21.00) with the concert of the winner accompanied by the FVG Orchestra under the direction of M. Paolo Paroni.
