In this original journey, theater and other performing arts are combined with culinary culture, in the form of a conference show. The chosen theme takes shape in the experience of photographer Roberto Pastrovicchio, a specialist in “food photography”, shots in which food is posed to convey its peculiarities through interesting research and experimentation solutions. To complete the diptych, an interlude of a show chosen to “translate onto the stage” the proposed themes.
