Bastiancontrarie is a gallery of obstinate and resistant female figures that in the history, in the myth and in the literature theirs has freed “femininity” vindicating ideas, dreams, utopias and gasps of liberty.
Farmers, philosophers, valkyrie, witches, poetesses and seers, but also the young and elderly “common” woman, involved in daily battle against prejudice and arrogance of a world that, today it more ever warns the need to be reread, and reinterpreted with their eyes.
